The cover image suggests a higher level of sophistication in the projects than the book actually attains. The projects are simplistic, and at the level of a paint-by-number. No help is given for developing your own art, how to choose colors and shading, or other artistic design. Reasonable as a primer for a complete novice, but not terribly helpful beyond that.
