I was at my wit's end when I purchased this book. I suffered from chronic yeast infections for about two years, conventional medication would help for a while and then it would come back with a vengeance. The advice given in this book applied over time have made these a distant memory. I no longer have issues with yeast, her advice has become habit for me and I feel much better otherwise too.
