I attempted to read Islam, A Short History by Karen Armstrong as one of my selections in CLCS. However after 3 months of trying I am going to give up. I usually try to not quit on a book but it is just so boring. This is probably one of the most dry book I have ever tried to read. As I read it I felt like facts were just being thrown at me one after the other with no filler or any interesting facts.
