This is the second in the "Faith on the Line" series, put out by Harlequin's Inspirational Romance division, Love Inspired. It is classified as Inspirational Romantic Suspense. I am part of a book club and the series got delivered to me, and although I'm not really into the IR Suspense genre, I found these to be very interesting. Book Two, Finding Amy, tells the story of Jessica Mathers, who enters the hospital confident that her daughter, Amy, will be safe and cared for. She wakes up to find that both her daughter and the sitter have disappeared. Detective Samuel Vance reluctantly assists with the case, as a favor to his mom. Sam and Jessica's relationship starts out rough, but they grow on each other, and a romance ensues. I don't want to give away too much of the plot, so I'll leave it at that, and say that I think those of you looking for romantic suspense with a Christian twist will like these books.
