'Where Did I Come From?': The Facts of Life Without Any Nonsense and With Illustrations

This book came highly recommended to me from a friend. I have decided I don't know my friend as well as I thought! I will do without this book for assisting me in teaching my kids about reproduction. If you like goofy and silly then both the text and artwork will be just what you are looking for. Too much of the text was inappropriate with too much focus on how love making feels and the physical motions involved. I'll stick to the old classic, "Where Do Babies Come From?" It is full of well written, interesting facts and more age appropriate pictures...a glorified picture dictionary, if you will, that is easy for back and forth conversation between parent and child. The style of "Where Did I Come From?" just reminds me of embarrassed people who cover up by trying to make the situation funnier and/or goofy. Not my style. So, I'll pass the book along without my recommendation.
