I watched Victoria's show on A&E and I loved it. Because of that, I was interested in her book and I must say her book doesn't disappoint. Her pizza dough recipe (which I used to make garlic Parmesan knots) turned out perfect (in fact better than the recipe I had used eons ago from Betty Crocker). Anyway, her book is entertaining and mouthwatering and I can't wait to try my next recipe from her
I really liked the way Victoria explains the recipes in simple, easy-to-understand steps even I can follow. Many of them turned out very deliciously and I was proud to serve them on my table. She genuinely loves cooking and it shows through and she wants others to enjoy cooking too.
Victoria included stories about her family and it was fascinating to read about where she came from and her values, experiences, background, etc.
