Pictures, articles, this book has it all. On the front cover Pontiac kicked off the classic muscle car era with the GTO in 1969, the General Motors division introduced the outrageous Judge version of the car. On the back cover in 1969 Fred Gibb Chevrolet, a dealership in La Harpe, Illinois, commissioned the building of 50 Camaros with aluminum ZL-1 V-8's ... cars known within Chevrolet as COPO 9560. Ultimately, Chevrolet built 69 of the machines. Pictures of the 2006 Dodge muscle car with the new Hemi-powered Challenger. Lots and lots more ... Trans Am, Corvettes, Barracuda, Edsel, Buick, Oldsmobile and many more muscle cars ... now the Resurrected Muscle Car everyone is looking for. This is a fantastic book for yourself or as a fabulous gift for someone else. I love this book and so did my son. He was a great enthusiast of the muscle cars and the racing cars. Almost all of the books I am swapping were his. He passed away three months ago of brain cancer and he and I really enjoyed the books together.
