I really enjoyed working with the format of this book. None of the questions require any 'deep' thinking, and there are plenty of topics to chose from.

Quotes from published memoirs are included among the questions within each section and a list of the authors and book sources is included in the back.

Having worked with several variations of memoir writing guides for my own information or to use as a reference for students, this book is one of my favorites.
