My mom read this and really enjoyed it. She's always had a thing against Clint Eastwood and this solidified that. Sondra and Clint met while filming, started a relationship, and lived together. Did I mention that Sondra is still very good friends with her ex-husband? In fact, they still live together. Kind of bizarre but not as bizarre as Clint dumping Sondra after she found out she had breast cancer, changing the locks on their house (or his house), and basically casting her aside. She became the first woman to successfully sue for support after a relationship went bad.
