I have not used the book my self but this is what my friend told me when she gave me a copy for my sister's baby shower:
Q: Great book for new parents - have had mine for 35 years, gave one to each of my daughters and still using it for grandchildren....

My sister LOVES the book, she says: Q: It is full of do it your self healthy, wholesome foods, including snacks, and healthy sweets to satisfy any fussing toddler!
