I like this Faith Hunter Series, but don't read this one if you haven't read the first 4. This is the 5th Jane Yellowrock book, but is not her best work. There was a lot of violence and not my favorite parts which is more character storytelling. With the author mixing it up with a new series, maybe more attention will be paid in the next installment to the characters... I'll be there to buy the book (again) on the day it's released.
