This book is of a new mindset. It basically teaches you how to pump while you nurse and how to feed frequently while with your baby so you don't have to pump much or at all while at work. It helps provide quality time with your baby while not interferring with your job, so you can have the best of both worlds!

I gave it only four stars because it is a little difficult for some moms to to these ideas because not all areas are easy to understand. I had to read some sections a few times in order to put them into practice.
