4.5 stars..UGH what is not to love about this book. The only reason I gave it 4.5 stars rather than 5 stars is because it felt a little open with the ending. Some things weren't wrapped up with a few of the characters. Perhaps there will be a 3rd book.

Either way once I picked up this book I couldn't put it down. I loved Gabriel and Julianne. We got to see these 2 characters develope. Julianne become more independent and Gabriel more understanding and calm. I think we truly got to feel and understand Gabriel's depth of emotions that he has for Julianne. Not just his angel but his light in the darkness. The things he is willing to sacrafice for her future and her hapiness. The fact that he is willing to let her go if she wants truly shows how much he has grown as a character and how unselfish he has become.

I recommend picking up this series. I loved both books and was not disappointed. This series is truly a love story. Both characters learn to be happy with themselves so they can be happy with each other
