A nude body has been found hanging from a bridge. Detective Mason Callahan and his partner, Ray Lusco, are the lead investigators in the murder; but FBI Agents Ava McLane and Zander Wells join the investigation when it is revealed that the victim is U.S. Representative Carson Scott. Just as the task force begins investigating, a second body is found hanging from another bridge. As they look into the background of the victims, they cannot find a connection between them. Could it be a serial killer picking random victims?

The second book in the Callahan & McLane series is another winner. As the bodies start piling up, Mason and Ava are at a loss as to who is behind the murders. To make matters worse, Ava is also dealing with her twin sister, Jayne, who has hooked up with a known drug dealer. I loved the story and and looking forward to the next book in the series. My rating: 4.5 Stars.
