I have arthritis so I like to keep informed. About all I learned is that I should take glucosamine and chronroitin to help the body rebuild cartilage and protect my joints. And I could have learned that from reading the back cover. The majority of the book covers the research that went into discovering this. But if you've just discovered you have arthritis, it will be a good guide for what to expect.
