If you want to learn reflexology professionally or for fun this book is an easy read and easy to follow steps. I used to work in a spa and this book really helped me learn how to do reflexology on the hands and feet. Knowing how to do reflexology can help a professional gain more knowledgable about their craft and offer the client a little more. Which means more $$$
