In this first book of Lois Richer's mini series "If Wishes Were Weddings", we meet Clarissa Cartwright. Clarissa works in the local library and although she enjoys her life, she longs and prays earnestly for a family of her own to love. Wade Featherhawk was not ready to take on the responsibility of his sister's children until her death leaves him with no choice. He is set on doing this monumental task on his own. His little charges have other plans though, as they soon fall in love with Clarissa and her naturally caring and giving personality. This is a heart warming story of two people who grow to love each other deeply, and the children who are blessed by that love. Follow this with #2 "His Answered Prayer", and #3 "Blessed Baby".
