Usually I really enjoy paranormal romance, but this book with 2 short stories just didn't work for me. In the first, Jack Frost is cast as an assassin god of winter who falls in love with his latest mark, a snoflakologist (I am not making that up!) on the search for 2 identical flakes. The premise was silly, I'm not turned on by cold hands, and it wasn't even clear that the ending was a happy one. The second tale was a little better, a rescue the princess from the prison of her ice castle story, but not enough to make me want to keep this book. (My favorite nocturne author is Kathleen Korbel if you want to try a book from this line.)
