Cookbook with individual section on different herbs with a little explanation of the use of the herb, and recipes. Bay, chervil, garlic, oregano and marjoram, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme among others. Recipes include sweet and savory dishes. Recipes are interesting, but the print is fairly small.
