I normally enjoy Jude Deveraux's historical books more than the present day ones. But this is an exception. Emily's a great librarian, obviously very passionate about what she loves doing. Michael the angel is a delight, and even learning that he has sabotaged her previous life's romances isn't enough to deter me from liking him. Also, this author amuses me with multiple epilogues sometimes. This was one of those. :) Emily reminds me of Kady from Legend, anyhow. Both sweethearts who kinda let themselves be doormats. The evil storyline was a bit different, but all in all, its a good book to loose yourself in
