If you like hearing about real-life stories of what emergency medical doctors and nurses face on a daily basis, you'll love this book. It consists of different true experiences from medical personnel all over the United States, some stories so touching you'll want to cry, others that will make you break out laughing. Many of the stories are only a page or two long, so it's great for those of us who only have a moment to read in our busy lives. But don't be surprised if that quick break you take to read this book lasts two hours, because you simply cannot put it down. Well written and filled with compassion, anguish and humor. Not for the squeamish, but that's what makes this book so great.
