I found this book somewhat informative. However, the bulk of the chapters can be summed up as "X problem exists about guy's body image, here are few examples of cases we've seen, but most men are unwilling to talk about it openly so it's hard to know how widespread it is". By the end of the book it's become repetitive and it doesn't offer up many solutions.
