Fantastic sequel! Picked up a year after the events of Shadowfall. The characters developed a lot more. The younger ones matured real quick under the circumstances. Introduced a few new characters as well. Just like the first one, I believe the author went into too much detail about the little things, but that's just fine. There's a lot more dark magic in this one and it's good. These could easily be made into motion pictures. I for one would love to see that. They set it up for a third installment, and hope that it does get released. All in all, you gotta read them, well worth the time!
