WOW. there is so much ground covered in this missive. lots of people, places and events that the average boomer can recognize and vietnam vets can relate to easily.
not your ordinary;, i was there for this amount of time or for this battle or for this year. almost a personal diary with facinating asides and anecdotes throughout.
you will enjoy this book even if you weren't in nam, a great easy read and the story of THE CAT FROM HUE.
