this book is cute, if you love dogs, specifically golden retrievers, the pictures are adorable. proceeds go to a good cause (service dogs) so it is a good thing to purchase, it is more of a picture book than anything else, the way it is written makes it seem that the dog is autistic or was dropped on her head a few times.. but i have had goldens most of my life and some were brighter than others, so perhaps Trixie was 'simple'.
