Book Review of Hominids (Neanderthal Parallax, Bk 1)

Hominids (Neanderthal Parallax, Bk 1)

I loved this book. It was intelligent without being dry and emotional without being sappy. It was the perfect mix of science and relationship studies. The differences and similarities between the societies (us and the Neanderthals) seemed plausible and were backed by actual scientific facts and assumptions made in the scientific community. This book really makes you think about what it would have been like if Homo Sapien Sapien hadn't become the dominant species.

This is a great read and I recommend it to anyone who actually likes to think about what they are reading. I can't wait to find Humans, the next in the series
