When someone requests one of your books, first your Bookshelf will show the "pending request, 1 hr maximum" notation beside that book, and then

• the request will appear on your My Account main page, and
• you will be sent an email notification from PBS, with a link inside to take you to your account page and respond to the request.

When you log in and go to My Account, any active requests will appear there and you can respond to them using the buttons on the requests.
