Let all Boxers know your opinion of each of your Box-O-Books swaps! Please leave feedback for your Box-O-Books transactions so that other Boxers can see your comments.

To leave feedback on a Box-O-Books swap

• Go to the Box-O-Books area
  • this is under Community in the toolbar at the top of the site
• Go to the Swap Details page
  • If the swap has been completed on both sides, click the Completed Boxes tab
  • If the swap has not yet been completed on both sides, click the Pending Boxes tab
• Scroll down to see this swap in the list
• Click on either name
• At the bottom of the page, you will see:
   'Please leave some feedback about this box sent from (the other member) to you.'
• Enter your rating of the swap using the radio buttons to indicate

• Positive
• Neutral
• Negative

• Enter your comments regarding the specific swap (255 character limit).
  • Remember to say what you mean, and mean what you say; once you click 'Submit Feedback' neither you nor PBS will be able to edit your Rating or Comments.
• The other Boxer will have a chance to make a comment in response
  • Both comments will show together in a Boxer's rating details

To see the previous feedback/ratings for a Boxer you are considering swapping with:

• Go to his or her bookshelf from the Box-O-Books area
• The rating area is on the upper right of the screen
  • Click "See all feedback" to view the individual comments

To see your own Boxer feedback/ratings:

• Search for yourself in the Box-O-Books area
  • use the Search for Boxers field to do this 
  • Enter your first name (or Nickname) and click "Search for Boxers"
• You will see your bookshelf and on the right will be your feedback totals (positive, negative, neutral)
  • Click "See all feedback" to view the individual comments
