We hit our Book Credits goal!
We hit our PBS Money goal!
Diamond View Elementary opened in 2003 and serves a wide population of students from Pre-K to Grade 5, including 8 classrooms of autistic children. We are a cluster site for children on the Autism Spectrum. We create a family environment where all children are loved and accepted.
83% of our students receive free or reduced lunch. Many of the students do not have books in their homes. A donation would allow our students to have greater access to books. They get so excited about reading at school but when they get home the carry over simply isn't there. We would love to be able to give students a book to call their very own.
Our Mission
Diamond View will guide our students to successful learning by helping them make the best choices, find solutions to problems, accentuate the positives in life, and communicate appropriately with people.
In a unified effort with parents and community, we will provide the necessary tools and motivation to help our students realize their own visions and to make each vision a reality.
