This book suites my analytical way of thinking very well.

The stretches in this book can be done by almost anyone. Already I am feeling less stressed. The introductions to each chapter, the pictures and commentaries for each exercise make all the difference and allow me to feel confident stretching my body without assistance. I love this book!
