A wonderfully detailed book about the life of a Modern Geisha. Mineko is courageous and alarmingly truthful in describing her life, from age 6 on, in the house of the Geiko. And her brutal facts of the harsh and dog eat dog world of the Geisha will leave you astounded.

I had so much fun reading this book. It is written in an interesting style. The characters are fun and quirky. The main character is an Itelligent Zombie Hot Chick, but she is sassy, dresses to the nines, and has adapted to her "volun-told" Zombie-ism. It is a good paced read, and always a twist around the next corner.
If I was UnDead, I would, for sure, want to be one of these guys. Oh and the clubs sound FAB!

Dr. Leman's advice really helped me learn how to approach my then, 11 year old son. His theory is about the child facing consequences for their actions, be they good or bad. The first half of the book is made up of each day and what you do. The last half of the book is a list of many different situations you may have to deal with and how you approach it.
This book gave me back my sanity and taught me how to realize that I am not the bad guy after all.

In part two Tobin is trained and honed to be a warrior and a leader. Little does Ero or Atyion know that the prophecy of a Queen will soon be fulfilled.
Great visual writing, wonderful caring characters that move the story on chapter by chapter. I love this story because when I read it, I am there. I am transported to Ero, or to Atyion, or to a ramshackle keep. I can even see the sunlight or the snow falling.

Very interesting take on the Holy Grail, the crusades and such. Had to read in bits and pieces because it is a lot of information to absorb.

I really tried to love this book, but by the end I could only just like it. I never truly connected with the main character too much, and her love interest just seems like a watered down "man". I did like all the Paris references and had fun researching things such as Les Halles and Vionnet. The ending really cinched it for me. I was very disappointed in what this guy gave up for the main character. Some may think it romantic, I thought it was just plain insane.

Cinn can make plants that feed off sexual energy. Wow! Then she meets a fab hunky Vampire named Dacian. The plot is strong and you know from the beginning that there is gonna be a kick-butt battle between cosmic nonhumans and the undead night feeders! Plus a little erotic sex thrown in makes this a horror fantasy readers dream come true.

This book held my attention from the beginning. The main characters are very easy to like. I was compelled to follow their story. Lilly character grows from an innocent, silver spooned girl to a fierce,brave and loyal woman that is madly in love with Edward. Edward grows from a shy college boy into a heroic surgeon and desperately tries to protect Lilly in the battle fields of France.
I love how London and Paris are described during this time and I found myself looking things up and learning a little more about WWI.
If you love romance, heroines, and historical fiction then you will love this book.

A very predictable book from Chapter 1. Woman reporter, 800 year old Vampire, erotic castle of dark dreams, and love at first sight.
I wasn't really surprised by anything that happened in this book. The vampire is a bit too romantic. Yet, if you like woman meet immortal and he falls in love, then this is a book for you.

Wow, Brynn a Love Demon! And Kim, a demon hunter. Who would have thought love between the two would be possible.
A great read from beginning to end. One of the better books of the Castle of Dark Dreams series. All the favorite characters are there like Holgarth and Asima. Ganymede also rides along in the book and takes a left turn towards Asima and throws Sparkle for a loop.
As usual, Nina throws in her hot, sexy sex scenes to keep things heated up! You won't be disappointed.
