I read this book a few years ago and it really helped me. I wanted a copy for my bookshelf. I wish I had written Dr. Schuller when he was alive to tell him.

I liked the style of writing. The book made me feel like I was a pioneer. It made me understand the hardships that the early settlers had to endure. I am looking forward o reading the other two novels in the trilogy.
