Brad Meltzer has a writing style similar to John Grisham. Although not a literary genius, he can craft a good story with alot of intrique, suspense and some simplistic action scenes. This book is one of his better works because it really tackles the tension of a married couple forced to take different sides on a high profile court case.

This is basically an autobiography of a boy, his mother, and the insanity he faced by the age of 12. Although it has some disturbing moments, the events are also extremely funny.

Another Brad Meltzer thriller with some good twists and some ideas on the bonds of friendship and trust among 5 twentysomethings working in and around Washington.

If you like John Grisham, then you know how his stories work. This book fits the mold as easily and works as a great beach/pool read. A lawyer out of rehab is searching for the sole heir of a dying billionaire - with only hours to live, he is rewriting his will knowing that his greedy family will be unhappy.

Fans of "Lost" have been scooping up copies of this book since it appeared on the show last year. It's hard to follow at times but presents some fascinating ideas on "atomic theory" as well as the existence of eternity and the universe.
