I usually love this author but she missed the mark on this book. I wish I had read other reviews before starting this one. It seems to me that Daheim has run out of ideas and tried to put too many disjointed ideas in this one. I had to reread the ending because I was so confused.

I absolutely love Usborne's Puzzle series! My kids enjoyed trying to solve the puzzles on each page that lead to figuring out the mystery at the end of the book. Every puzzle involves different skills to solve them and kept my kids' entertained from page to page.
There are so many puzzle books available and we used to have all of them. Great for ages 4 to 10. The younger ones can still have fun if someone helps to read it.
