This was a very easy read. I got into it really quick and couldn't put it down.

I really liked this book, but it truly was not my favorite. I personally enjoy a little more Jean Claude and Richard. This book reminded me of Obsideon Butterfly where the story takes place in another state and with different characters. But it was still good.

You know...as an avid Laurell K. Hamilton and Anita Blake fan, I have to say it is great to finally be on the right track again. The past couple of books in this series have been so so and I almost gave up. But it seems that there is a plot again and Anita is not all about the whole sex thing again. Yes..I have read the other reviews, but compared to past books, this one doesn't just begin and end with nothing but sex. I actualy enjoyed it and can't wait for more.

I love L.K. Hamilton books and will continue to read them, but this one was not her best. Just too much "by the way" love scenes and not much of a plot focus.

I read about 1/3 of the book hoping that I would get into it, but I couldn't. I loved her other books so wanted to give it a fair shake, but had to give up.

I have read many Vampire books by Anne Rice, Laurell K. Hamilton, and others, but this has to be my favorite! A great vampire love story and it will have you turning the pages.
