I loved sMothering by Wendy French. I didn't like Going Coastal as well, but it had some redeeming qualities. I did not like After the Rice period. I didn't find one likable character in the book. The main character was extremely self-involved and selfish. There were some funny moments, but not enough to make the book worthwhile.

This is the first book I read by this author, and I think it is an excellent read. Extremely well written, with a captivating plot and well developed characters. Since reading this book I have gone on to reading many more by this author. She has become one of my favorites.

This book was hysterical. It was the funniest book I've read in a long time. Elle's a bit over the top, but she's got a good heart and all is well that ends well.
