This was a very interesting book and an easy read.
I learned a lot about nutrition if not an extreme amount about cancer, especially how nutrition affects cancer.

The book was interesting. I didn't realize at first that this was primarily about diabetes. Highly recommended for those with diabetes having a difficult time understanding how and the importance of control.

Having grown up near Indiana, PA, I have always been interested in Jimmy Stewart. I used to help my grandparents when they went to curb market (farmers market today). They set up in front of the Stewart Hardware.
I found the book enlightening and an easy read.
