This book helped me get started with Sourdough. I like the way she writes. It is like you are getting advice from a friend. It has detailed step-by-step directions with tons of pictures of what the dough should look like at each stage as well as for each recipe in the book. She gives lots of tips and troubleshooting help. There are recipes for use once you get the basic bread figured out and want to expand your bread baking. Additionally, there are recipes for using discard. So far I have found delicious success with this book. I highly recommend it.
