I really enjoyed this story of a dance hall girl from the 1800's who hires herself out as a housekeeper on a cattle ranch in order to change her life. Funny moments as well as tender ones.
book came to me from Paperbacak swap in the same condition I send it to you--a bit worn but intact

This book was helpful to give me some good ideas for spiritual training here at home in addition to what we are getting from church each week and living the christian life.

modern day mystery-not one of her best but pleasant nonetheless. I was kept guessing until the end however!

there are some pen underlinings and markings in the book but the pages are crisp and otherwise very clean. Read through once and marked for reference but otherwise, not used at all.

I remember really loving this book when I first started reading Sandra Brown in the early 90's. I picked this up again by mistake and remembered having read it already. I am not as interested in romance fiction as I used to be but if you like them, of course you'll like this one!

terrific and lovely jewelry to make. Simple instructions with loads of photos. I'm just not as interested in jewelry making as I thought I'd be. I'm into scrapbooking instead.

It's what happens when obstacles prevent you from seeing what God has done for you...........
On every page of the book, Max Lucado reminds us, the God who spoke to Moses at the burning bush still speaks loudly to us today. The God who forgave King David still offers you forgiveness. The God who helped men and women in ages past still comes into your world, and he comes to do what you can't, to move the stone away so you can see his answer.
