I really LOVE this series so far! Kelley Armstrong is one of my favorite authors and I love her adult series. I'm glad she stuck with the "otherworld" theme in these books. And I think she always does a great job writing her characters. I love Chloe and Simon but Derek is by far my favorite. I mean who doesn't love the tall, dark, and maybe not so handsome right now, brooding werewolf? I can't wait till May when The Reckoning comes out but at the same time I almost hate for the journey to end! Great books!

It took a lot longer than it should have for me to read this book. I was pretty disappointed even though a lot of the reviews I read were not good. I'm usually pretty easy to please but the plot left a lot to be desired and didn't hold my interest. I read this because I had heard it was like the queen betsy series, I LOVE the queen betsy series and this is SO not even close. I may read the next book to see if the story improves any as it goes on but probably not.

I couldn't get past chapter 1 for some reason I just couldn't connect with this book. It just seemed to be written a lot like the Dead end Dating series and I didn't like that one either. But I do like the Queen Betsy series, go figure.

I LOVED this book! I started unsure about it (as I usually am with a new author or a new series) and I couldn't put it down! It caught me from the beginning and wouldn't let go! I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes paranormal romance!

So...Yeah...I'm done with this series. Seriously I was indifferent about the first one, the second one was marginally better so I decided what the heck maybe the story will develop and I'll get more into it. NOT! I couldn't even finish this it was that bad!! By the 5th chapter I was yawning and falling asleep, there's just no substance and I cannot for the life of me get attached to any of the characters! They say "the third time's the charm"...well not in this case!
