some very very profound perspectives brought to the surface concerning gender inequality in our culture. Wonderfully interesting read. Would recommend to others.

A bit on the wild side- meaning, if you dont want to come across some perhaps off color or shocking incidents, this book may not be for you. I however, was able to take the book and evaluate it for its entirety, not specific sections. If you like a little shock value with your fiction, check it out.

I didnt think this book deserved quite the level of praise and fanfare surrounding it, but was still an interesting read. I found myself wanting more action in plot in certain sections and had trouble identifing with the characters, but there were portions that were quite good. Didnt love it, not the worst thing i've read.
