In compliance with FTC guidelines - I received this book for free through Goodreads First Reads.

The newest installment of Jefferson Bass' "Body Farm" series does not disappoint fans. A philanthropist dies mysteriously and what starts off as a mission to confirm his death soon becomes a quest to figure out whether all was what it seemed to be. I found myself caught up in the story not wanting to stop before the end. Now I have to wait for the next one.

I received this book for free through Goodreads' First Reads. I haven't read a book quite like Housebroken before. What starts off as a normal day for businessman Blake Crochet and his family quickly becomes an unimaginable nightmare at the hands of deranged kidnappers. These kidnappers don't want money. They don't want fame. They just want to watch.
I had to force myself to stop reading long enough to do silly things like sleep and go to work. Otherwise, I think I'd have been compelled to read the whole book in one shot.

It's been a while since a crime novel has shocked me. I was compelled to keep reading even when I needed to stop. The plot twisted and turned right up to the very end.
