I have to say I read this book a while ago. then I picked it up to post it and found myself rereading it. It is great information about supplements and nutrients to help those with metabolic and endocrine problems. I think he was ahead of his time when he wrote this and some of his other books about low carb diets. I found it accurate and informative.
