My 3 sons, 13,12, and 10 enjoyed this as a read-aloud. It is good for the "I don't like reading" set, but doesn't take the place of the unabridged version.

My three sons (12,11, and 9) and I laughed as I read this book out loud to them. Easy to read and fun for boys who like ridiculous and silly situations!

My three sons, ages 12,11, and 9 thoroughly enjoyed this book. Frindle is very easy to read. It is funny and has good lessons for children about sticking with things once you get started.

My son enjoyed this book. It is a good way to introduce classics to reluctant readers like my son! He also enjoyed the illustrations.

Easy but very helpful read about the need for self-examination of how we view ourselves and others from God's perspective.

He is very much into geography and weather. The before and after pictures of Mount St.Helens are stunning. There are also explanations and diagrams of what causes volcanic eruptions.

A therapist recommended this book while our family dealt with a relative's addiction. We felt like the rug had been pulled out from under us. This book helped me realize that change is inevitable in life. One's response to change determines whether you wallow in self pity, anger, or inactivity or do you rise to the challenge. This isn't a deep book and it isn't meant to be. It just states the obvious!
