I would only pick up this book as a reference into the types of dog training done years ago, it was the book that introduced me to the world of competitive obedience training and I will always remember it fondly for that reason, but these training methods basically ruined my first dog, and I have in years since learned more positive methods of training and gone on to much success in various canine sports. There's very little in here that I would ever recommend to dog owners today, but a love of the sport of obedience does still come through and I still love the photos of her shepherds working and loving what they do, dogs that hadn't been so overbred as far too many GSDs today are that they can barely walk let alone jump like these.

By far, the worst of King's books. This is one of those rare books that I hated so much I really considered just not finishing. I muddled through though in hopes that the ending might be worth the misery of reading it, but alas, it never did get any better. The attempt to make this a compelling, psychological thriller really feel short, I did not find it at all frightening (other than just the idea that this could conceivably happen to someone). Compared to something like "Cujo", this book was just was more annoying than nail-biting and scary. King uses a sort of "stream-of-consciousness" to take us in the protagonist's rambling thoughts and it just did not work for me.

Origami with Dollar Bills : Another Way to Impress People with Your Money!
Review Date: 9/18/2008

I didn't particularly care for this book compared to other dollar bill folding books. It uses a lot of 2 and 3 dollar models that as a result don't stay together on their own. Otherwise the models are reasonably well done.

Clan of the Cave Bear was a ground-breaking, exciting novel. The following two books I found reasonably decent follow-ups, but the series has since become more and more tedious to read. There is still one book that is supposed to come after this one to tie up all the loose ends, I only hope that it can return to at least some of the magic of the earlier ones. Auel just seems to be going through the motions at this point, and the characters have little development, and so much is constantly repeated that we already know that it just becomes frustrating to read. If you're a fan of the series, of course you'll need to pick it up and see what happens. But unlike early books in Earth's Children, this is not one I would be inclined to read over and over and enjoy multiple times.
