William Douglass covers the basic to the esoteric about raw versus pasteurized milk. Citations are everywhere, referencing a great many different studies and not a handful. The only thing he gets wrong is that coconut oil isn't a bad substance: it is heat sensitive, though pasteurized, and possibly unsuitable for infants and children, but otherwise safe. (But don't take my word, look up Bruce Fife, MD, and Mary Enig's works.)
I highly recommend buying a copy for your shelf if you have read it. And if you haven't read it, search every avenue to try and read it. Beg a copy of your friends if you must.

Space Viking is a favorite of mine. I like that civilization is portrayed as fragile in it, as it shows that H. Beam Piper has a real grasp of history. But it probably deserves a sequel to build the world out more.
