What's not to like?? There is a Calvin and Hobbes inside of everyone:). Bill Watterson wrote a wonderful several page introduction of this edition and all his work. Fascinating to read about the trials and tribulations of coming up with ideas, drawing and writing and making the storyline work with the space in various newspapers. We miss him and his daily insight into the brain and imagination of a small boy. A very special read and a keeper!!

This was a really good read. Some of the characters from her first book "Shelter Me" appeared in this book and made it feel like you were once again part of their lives. In a small sense it was a "sequel" to the first book. (her second book has nothing to do with either of these books and in my opinion was not all that good)
