Anyone You Want Me to Be : A True Story of Sex and Death on the Internet
Review Date: 2/16/2009

This book is a real "eye opener" about chatting and the internet. It will really make you think. It's chilling! I really enjoyed this one a lot more than the true crime books.

I personally could not get into this book. I couldn't identify with the charachters at all and thought they all acted irresponsible. The book was totally unbelievable. As one other reviewer stated it was something to pass the time and nothing more.

In Kill Me an unnamed narrator makes the biggest mistake of his life, which, ironically, is the decision to end his life. After a near-death epiphany on a dangerous ski slope, the narrator confides to a friend that if he is ever seriously injured or sick he hopes that someone will put him out of his misery. The friend goes him one better and introduces him to a secret group of killers known as the Death Angels. For a one-million-dollar retainer, the Death Angels will kill you and make it look like an accident. When the narrator discovers he only has months to live, he contacts the Death Angels, but, too late, he realizes he's made a mistake. Now the narrator has to outwit trained mercenaries who will stop at nothing to accomplish what he foolishly paid them to do.

I read this book on a recommendation by a friend. It is not usually my type of book and I was very skeptical. However, after reading it I was amazed. This was an awesome book and very well written. I went on to buy the next book "A Thousand Splendid Suns" and also was not disappointed in it either. This book was a keeper for me and I would highly recommend it. It will definately make you think.

I loved this book. It had me hooked form the very start of it. I can't wait for the second part to come out and am anxiously waiting on it so I can find out what happens next. Lisa Jackson almost reminded me of Sandra Brown with the way this book flowed and read. I would highly recommend this book.

I asbolutely loved this book. It hooked me from day 1 and I finished it in two sittings. It's about a white girl who runs away from home to escape her abusive father. She breaks her Nanny out of jail and sets out on a journey to find people who may have knew her mom. She ends up at a house of 3 black women. There are a few sus-stories in there regarding the women at the house. But this is one awesome read. I highly recommend it.
