Time travel and plague make for a very bad combination. Brilliantly written but unremittingly depressing.

The last book in the trilogy that began with Last Call and continued in Expiration Date. Multiple personalities and a ghost catching house make for a wizbang finale.

An deep look at the difference between western culture - this is my thing - and eastern culture - this is my land. As always Tom Friedman helps us understand the sources of conflict in the middle east from the cause end rather than the effect.

The Dr. Zeus universe finally coughs up some answers. Time travel makes for one scarey monopoly.

Good old fashioned ESP without the usual Hamilton religious fire hose. Worth reading.

A very good book with a main character who suffers from child abuse early in the story - not for everyone.

Intriguing space mystery - think Logan's Run with even less known background.

Shifter is the first book in the Galen Sword series. It is a rich and fascinating fantasy world which overlaps on our modern real world. A great read but unfortunately the books come out very far apart.
