This was one of Hiaasen's best. I laughed and giggled all the way through, even though the plot is about a very serious threat to our environment. Well done!

One of the best Reacher books I've read, although I figured the plot out at P. 250.

I read a book Ellis co-wrote with James Patterson, and was hooked. I did not see the ending coming in Line of Vision. There were hints, but I thought they led elsewhere. This was an extermely gripping story, and I could not put it down once I got about 1/3 into it. A Must Read!

I did not like the book. The story line was extremely improbable, bordering on not at all believable.
First of all, the tunnel described in the first part of the book was not possible to construct â approximately 4 floors down, or 3 floors below sea level.
Second, why that deep at all?
Third, there is no possible way one person, male or female, could possibly be in charge of two different branches of NASA LANGLEY.
Fourth, I have been to Langley and have a close relative who has worked there for over 20 years, and there is no way NASA would ever schedule so many events at the same time.
Fifth, the ending wasn't really an ending, just a summary of several mysteries not resolved. Obviously, a lead-in to the next book, which I will not try to read.
I finally finished it and thought it was a complete waste of my time. I say read QUANTUM at your own risk.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book. It took me maybe 75-100 pages to really get into it, then I couldn't put it down. Kyle Mills did an excellent job continuing with Vince Flynn's character, Mitch Rapp.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST I'VE READ IN THE ROBICHEAUX SERIES. I NEVER SUSPECTED THE FINAL OUTCOME TIL THE AUTHOR REVEALED IT IN THE LAST FEW PAGES. GOOD SUSPENSE. A GOOD READ
